WARRANTY SYSTEM TIRES

1- Storage and Transport.

Batteries are filled with acid. Always, store handle and transport batteries in upright position.

-Store in a cool and dry place.

2- Initial Operation.

-The batteries are filled with electrolyte at a density of 1.28mg/ml during the manufacturing process and ready for use. Recharge if there is an insufficient starting power (see item 4).

3- Installation

-Switch off the engine and all electrical equipment.

-Avoid laying metallic objects (i.e.tools) across the battery terminals as this can cause short circuits.

-Clean the battery tray and clamp battery tightly after installation.

-Clean terminals,clamps and other components and lubricate slightly with battery grease

-Disconnect the old battery starting with the negative pole then positive.

-Ensure all terminals are clean.

-Reconnect in reverse order

-In case of starting difficulties, recharge slightly

4- Recharging

-Remove battery from the vehicle

-Remove vents -Ensure adequate ventilation.

-Only use suitable DC charger Connect the positive terminal of the battery to the positive output of the charger.
Connect the negative terminal accordingly.

-Only switch on the charger after the battery has been connected and switch off the
charger first after charging is complete. Charging current recommendation: 1/20 amperes of the battery capacity Ah.

-If the electrolyte temperature rises above 550 C, STOP CHARGING

-Check electrolyte level 5- Maintenance

-Keep battery dry and clean

-Do not use any chemicals or additives

-Do not open the battery.

-Recharge the battery in case of insufficient starting power

6- Warranty

-The warranty period starts on the date mentioned on the proof of purchase.

-The warranty will not cover incorrect fitment. lack of maintenance, accidental damage or faults on vehicle electrical systems

-If the warranty is accepted, the replacement battery will be covered for the remaining perid of time.
